Springs at 9 Kid Drop In

For children ages nursery through elementary, child care is available during the Springs at 9 Sunday morning hour in The Creekside Room. There’s playtime for the babies on the nursery side and great Christian DVD’s for the older kids, allowing parents to attend one of the Springs at 9 classes or prepare for their morning ministry responsibilities. At 9:50 children three years through 5th grade are picked up by our Crew Leaders and taken into the sanctuary for worship. 

10am Children’s Church for Preschool – 5th Grade

Children arriving for the 10am Worship Service sign up for their classes on the table in the Narthex.  Add your child to their class list, and then pick up a claim ticket for them.  Then go into worship together! After the children are dismissed to Children’s Church, they will gather with their teachers in the narthex and then head out for some fun hands on learning that’s just right for their age! Children will return from their classes to the Children’s Ministry rows at the front of the sanctuary to end the service with the adults.  When the service is over, parents will pick them up from these rows.

Nursery Care for Babies & Toddlers

The nursery opens at 9am for Springs at 9 class drop offs, and remains open through the end of the 10am Worship Service.  Babies and toddlers will get a chance to play and be loved and cared for in a comfortable environment while you are in the service.

Kids Night Out – AKA ‘Date Night’

Need a night off? Bring your kids to Kids Night Out! Kids Night out runs most Fridays here at River47. Staffed by "Coach Joel" and Pastor Kacie Andrews, kids 6 months through 6th grade get to play games, eat pizza, and watch movies. The kids have so much fun they think this night is just for them! The cost is $5/hour per child (max $10 hour per family).  Simply sign up by Thursday at 1PM to be guaranteed a spot (late adds and drop ins accepted, space available). Vacation Bible School

“Friday Flood”

Our “mini VBS” event runs one Friday every month during the school year. Each month’s event is themed and filled with worship, games, and hands-on Bible connection time.  It’s a fun night for kids ages preschool through 5th grade.  Check the River47 calendar to see when the next flood is so you can sign your kids up too!
