Meet the River47 Staff

Frank Riley is the senior pastor of River47. He has been married to Jenny for 18 years and is the father of two children, Cora and Jack whom they call the "energizer babies." Natives of Southern California, the Riley's have recently returned from ministry in Minnesota, which means Frank has had to trade in his cross country skies for a mountain bike, running shoes and a swimming pool.

A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary (MDiv '94), Frank combines wonderful energy (we know where his kids get theirs!) with messages for today's world.Jenny is a Ministry Assistant at River47 whose responsibilities include supporting all aspect of ministry at River47.

The Riley Family

Dave Burke is our Music Minister. He is married to Marsha and they have twoyoung sons. Growing up in Australia for much of his childhood, Dave will tell you he lost the accent as soon as he could (shucks!). A graduate of Azusa Pacific University, Dave's fervor for his alma mater often spills over from his seat in the stands onto the basketball court when APU plays (especially against arch rival Biola). David brings to River47 his great talent and strong commitment to passionate Worship.

The Burke Family

Kacie Andrews is our Minister to Children. As the Minister to Children she also serves as the Principal of our Pre-school. Coming to us from the Seattle area, Kacie's teaching and personal style with children bring wonder and newness to everything she touches. Definitely the smallest member of our staff, don't let her size fool you! She is also an avid kickboxer (yikes!). She is married to Joel, also known to all the children and not a few parents as “Coach Joel.” They have two small children, Sophie and Ryan.

The Andrews Family

Roxanna Morgan is one or our Ministry Assistants. She is busy in the office with many varied administrative responsibilities

George Morgan is a part-time Assistant Pastor whos responsibilities include involvment in adult and Youth ministries.

George and Roxanna are happily married and have two sons Aaron and Blake. George and Roxanna are members of the Road Soldiers Motor Cycle Ministry. George and Roxanna are also involved in the Recovery Ministry here at River47.
